The distant dreams of yesterday are like the stars scattered in space. Although they both seem so far from us, to reach them is the one thing we'd always want, for their light springs up hope to our very lives.
But the stars are just stars. No matter how bright they shine, the closest they can be is to what only our eyes can see, never to touch them nor reach them.
Dreams, on the contrary, are not just dreams. We don't just see them, we reach them; we don't just hope for them, we embrace them--because they're meant to happen to us, at one point in our lives, and have our own once upon a time.
